WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?
In our contracts, our refund policy is very clear, and you (and we) will be protected by it.
WHAT IS THE BEST ADVANCE NOTICE TO HIRE THE SERVICES?
It depends on the service.
For any trip, we advise that you start planning several months in advance to secure better prices, ticket reservations, the hotels you want, etc. The sooner, the better.
If you are unable to plan with the desired advance notice, we will always try to accommodate your request, as long as it is possible.

IS THERE ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE BUYING FOR THE FIRST TIME?
